Get ready for a night full of sweetness, sparkle, and community spirit at Gingerbread Festival 2025 — brought to you by ECHO West Texas in partnership with Slaton Bakery and Mo Productions!
This holiday-themed extravaganza is designed for families, friends, and everyone in our local community to come together for creativity, fun, and giving back.

🎉 What’s in store:

  • Gingerbread House Decorating — Bring your imagination (and your sweet tooth!) as kids, families and friends design their own festive gingerbread creations.

  • Photos with Santa — Capture a memorable moment with Santa himself.

  • Pancakes with Santa Corner — Enjoy warm, delicious seasonal treats while you mingle and shop.

  • Shop Local — Over 45 vendors will be on-site offering unique gifts, holiday décor, handmade crafts and goodies (perfect for early holiday shopping!).

  • The Gingerbread Showdown — Cheer on teams as they go head-to-head in a live decorating competition, judged by special guests including the pros from Slaton Bakery!

💞 Why it matters:

All proceeds from the festival will go directly to supporting the Lubbock Homeless Response System, helping fund housing and essential support services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness in our community. Every ticket, every decorated cookie and every laugh counts toward making a real difference.
